Subscription & Billing Terms

These Subscription & Billing Terms govern paid access to the Sigmund Psych platform ("Platform"), operated by Sigmund Psych, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Free Trial

Sigmund Psych offers a 30-day free trial of full platform access.

A valid payment method is required to initiate the free trial.

If the subscription is not cancelled prior to the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the selected plan rate.

Subscription Plans

Monthly Standard

$19.99 per month unless otherwise stated.

Billed monthly in advance. Does not include CE credits.

Annual Standard

$199 per year unless otherwise stated.

Billed annually in advance. Does not include CE credits.

Annual With CE

$289 per year unless otherwise stated.

Billed annually in advance. Includes CE credit activities.

Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorize Sigmund Psych, LLC to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for prior billing periods.

Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.

No Retroactive Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, Sigmund Psych, LLC does not provide refunds for:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused subscription time
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Prior subscription charges

Users are responsible for managing their subscription status.

Institutional Licensing

Institutional or multi-user licenses may be offered under separate agreements.

Institutional users must ensure authorized access and protect account credentials.
